We take appointments 5 days a week, during general hours of operation: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Monday.
Online Consultations
Appointments may also be requested for online consultation. The online consultation will be done through; Skype or Discord available free.
Cancellation policies
We understand that unanticipated events happen. Vse V intends to be effective and fair to all clients by adhering to the following policies:
24 hour advance notice is important when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for others to schedule.
No-shows
A 'no-show' is, at Vse V's discretion, a breach of commitment and will be noted in the client's records. Clients can be held accountable for their no-show.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, you will be responsible for the full scheduled session. Out of respect and consideration to Vse V and other clients, please plan accordingly, and be on time.
